How 4C Construction Systems collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this site.

This policy explains what information 4ccs.com collects from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to our physical offices or projects.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you provide directly — for example, your name, email, phone number, and project details when you submit a contact or quote request form.
- Information collected automatically — through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, once you've accepted our cookie banner. This includes pages viewed, approximate location (city/region level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and whether you arrived from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
How we use this information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and quote requests, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and to maintain the security and proper functioning of 4ccs.com. We do not use it for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Cookies, Google Analytics & the Meta Pixel
We use Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns on this site — things like which pages are most visited and roughly how visitors find us. We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure the performance of our Meta ad campaigns and understand when a visitor arrived at the site from one of our ads. Both tools use cookies, small files stored in your browser, to do this.
Neither script runs until you accept our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no data is sent to Google or Meta. You can change your choice at any time:
Data collected through Google Analytics is stored on Google's servers, governed by Google's own privacy policy, and is automatically deleted on a rolling basis under our account's retention setting. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies generally in your browser's settings.
Data collected through the Meta Pixel is received by Meta and governed by Meta's privacy policy. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can review and adjust how Meta uses this kind of data for ads in your Ad Preferences settings.
Other third-party services
Our contact form is hosted by HubSpot. Information you submit through that form is received by HubSpot on our behalf so we can follow up with you; see HubSpot's privacy policy for how they handle it.
Do we sell your information?
No. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can decline or withdraw analytics cookies at any time using the button above, or through your browser's cookie and privacy settings. If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or would like it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for architects, builders, developers, and property owners, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
