How We Build

How the 4C system fits these projects

4C coordinates exterior wall panels, interior partitions, and roof and floor framing as one component system. Project-specific details guide factory production, delivery and installation.

Pre-labeled components reduce onsite fabrication and help following trades plan their work with greater certainty. We recommend a telehandler and coordinate equipment, staging and access for each site.

The system works within traditional design, financing, permitting and inspection pathways, with warranty and support for the installed 4C scope.
