A fire rebuild, built differently.
The Escondido Residence is a 1,894 sq ft single-family fire rebuild and the first complete field installation of the 4C SAFE™ system. The project demonstrates how factory-built construction can accelerate the structural phase of a custom home while working within a conventional construction process.
Wall components arrived pre-engineered, pre-labeled, and ready for assembly. By the end of Day 2, approximately 75% of the exterior walls were installed. By Day 3, the exterior wall package was complete, followed by roof framing, interior partitions, and waterproofing.
From factory panels to a sealed structure.
The project also demonstrated the precision of factory-built construction: windows and doors were installed without field modifications, with openings manufactured to tight tolerances before the components ever arrived on site.

Zero field adjustments
Window and door openings were manufactured to tight tolerances before reaching the site, so every opening fit without modification.
3-day wall package
Exterior walls reached roughly 75% complete by the end of Day 2 and finished on Day 3, followed by roof framing and interior partitions.
