The Borrego Springs Residence is a 1,090 sq ft single-family fire rebuild in San Diego County’s desert interior, built on the 4C SAFE™ system.
This wasn’t a controlled pilot. Daytime install conditions reached 115°F, every window and door opening held to a 1/16″ tolerance, and the crew made zero field adjustments fitting factory-built panels to the frame.

Remote-site logistics
4C panels assemble with a reach forklift, so a remote desert site doesn’t need a crane or specialty rigging on standby. Panels arrive pre-labeled and go up in sequence with the crew on hand.
Zero field adjustments
Every window and door opening was manufactured to a 1/16″ tolerance before reaching the site, so each one fit without modification, even at 115°F.
