The Escondido Residence is a 1,894 sq ft single-family residence using the 4C SAFE™ system. Factory-built components bring coordinated manufacturing and installation to a custom residential design.
Wall components arrived pre-engineered, pre-labeled, and ready for assembly. By the end of Day 2, approximately 75% of the exterior walls were installed. By Day 3, the exterior wall package was complete, followed by roof framing, interior partitions, and waterproofing.

The project also demonstrated the precision of factory-built construction: windows and doors were installed without field modifications, with openings manufactured to tight tolerances before the components ever arrived on site.
